Excellent candidates should be comfortable articulating FilterEasy’s value prop to current and prospective members. Daily responsibilities will include returning e-mails from members, monitoring and responding to live chats, managing member accounts, answering incoming calls from members, making outbound calls to members.

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English)
  • 2+ years of customer support experience
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Ability to type 50 WPM

**Must live near Raleigh, NC or be able to immediately relocate. This is not a remote position. Must be able to travel via car or plane.
