Offline Media is looking to add a head of growth to its team in Raleigh. Main responsibilities will be:
Head of Growth—Consumer. With full control of Offline’s marketing budget, you will oversee existing paid channels like Facebook and Instagram while exploring new channels like SEO, user referral programs, events, in-app sharing, etc. You will build new funnels and optimize the existing ones.
Head of Growth—SMB. You will play an integral role in growing Offline’s advertising and sponsored content platform, using automation, email and social media to reduce the cost of acquisition and increase client retention.
Product Development. You will be expected to do tactical product management, using analytics and user behavior insights to drive features that increase platform virality for both B2B and B2C.
What Offline Media is Looking For:
- Killer experience in growth (marketing, analytics and product strategy). If you dabble in code, even better.
- Evidence of previous projects you’d worked on that achieved significant scale through your contribution.
- An Instagram/Facebook/Twitter account with choice shots of you exploring the city like any good Offline member would.
Mission Motivated. When’s the last time you did something in the physical world that is or could be listed on Offline? Took a vacation? Spent one-on-one time with people you care about? Would you use Offline regardless of whether you worked here?
Proactive. Offline’s team likes to say, “Be a doer, not a dreamer.” On a daily basis, how much mental energy do you spend worrying or complaining instead of solving problems and taking responsibility? Do you take action or do you stall?
Fearless. This means diving into a problem head first, no matter how little you know, not diving with sharks.
A Continuous Learner. Are you always hungry for more? When’s the last time you read or watched something that made you smarter? Had a meaningful conversation?
ABOUT OFFLINE: Offline inspires you to “avoid average weekends,” which means it gives you the tools and the motivation to fall in love with where you live and to fall in love with life. It’s a challenge to not be complacent—to be a doer and not a dreamer. Spend time with the people you care about. Explore. Appreciate the uniqueness of the community and people around you. It’s not so much a product as it is a philosophy — a way of being that the Offline team truly believes in.Apply Now
