Hip eCommerce is seeking a customer and seller account manager who is passionate, creative, experienced, hard working and socially minded. You are an organized self-starter with strong problem-solving skills. This full-time position is based in Raleigh, and reports within the Customer Success division.

The customer and seller account manager role focuses on two main areas: providing exceptional customer service support to general members of Hip eCommerce; and offering and high-touch support, business advisement, coaching and relationship management to Hip eCommerce sellers.


Within the past six months, Hip eCommerce has doubled its Gross Merchandise Volume to over $3 million per year across its three marketplaces: HipStamp.com, the stamp marketplace, HipPostcard.com, the postcard marketplace, and HipComic.com, the comic book marketplace.

Since 2015, Hip eCommerce’s community has grown quickly and the team is on a mission to continue this growth trend. They’re constantly exploring new ways to acquire, activate and retain engaged buyers within and beyond the existing market.
