LIKECHARITY founder Tadhg O'Toole has 200 Irish charities on his platform to create better content, increase online and mobile engagement and donations to causes. And now, he wants to expand to the much larger U.S. philanthropic community. 

After learning about the Triangle startup community through the Kauffman Foundation's Fellows Program, he moved the U.S. operation from New York. He plans to hire a sales team to work at HQ Raleigh. ExitEvent Editor Laura Baverman grabbed O'Toole for a quick interview at the CED Tech Venture Conference to find out why he made the move and how he plans to grow a business he believes is "at the cusp of changing the whole nonprofit sector."
